Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach potential clients to offer Codefremics Limited’s products and services.
- Client Management: Monitor existing client needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling products.
- Market Analysis: Observe and understand industry behavior and trends; monitor competitor offerings.
- Product Development: Participate in new product development planning and rollout management.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with all departments to actualize business opportunities..
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with potential leads and existing clients.
- Client Interaction: Respond promptly to client inquiries to ensure a positive impact.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Sales Administration: Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), tenders, and pre-qualifications.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the company.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Sales/Business Development Executive role, preferably in the software industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or Economics from a reputable university.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Strong skills in strategic planning and execution with formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and facilitate team collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on performance monitoring.
- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Contract Negotiation: Familiarity with contract negotiation and business modeling.
- Product Understanding: Ability to understand and effectively present software products.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in any CRM software.
- Marketing and PR: Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and public relations efforts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in cold-calling potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop back-end applications using languages like Node.js, Python
- Design and develop front-end applications using Javascript with React.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Use Git/GitHub for code collaboration, reviews, and coding standards
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Follow coding conventions, documentation standards, and version control practices
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and usability testing
- Maintain a scalable and maintainable codebase.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer or similar role using in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React.js, Flask, or Django
- Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL querying skills.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and security best practices is crucial for ensuring application security.
- Clear communication skills, teamwork and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are important for troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and optimizing performance.
