Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach potential clients to offer Codefremics Limited’s products and services.
- Client Management: Monitor existing client needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling products.
- Market Analysis: Observe and understand industry behavior and trends; monitor competitor offerings.
- Product Development: Participate in new product development planning and rollout management.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with all departments to actualize business opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with potential leads and existing clients.
- Client Interaction: Respond promptly to client inquiries to ensure a positive impact.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Sales Administration: Handle RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and pre-qualifications.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the company.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Sales/Business Development Executive role, preferably in the software industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or Economics from a reputable university.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Strong strategic, creative, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and facilitate team collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on performance monitoring.
- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Contract Negotiation: Familiarity with contract negotiation and business modeling.
- Product Understanding: Ability to understand and effectively present software products.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in any CRM software.
- Marketing and PR: Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and public relations efforts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in cold-calling potential clients.
